1. Call Robert at (626) 260-2760 to make sure your date is available. 
    

2. Give Robert your email address and he will send you an “Event Agreement Form”. Simply fill it out and sign the Agreement. 
    

3. Mail the Agreement and a deposit to Robert. The deposit is $50 for each event day (example: 3-day event=$150 deposit; 1-day event=$50 deposit). Once the deposit is received, your requested date and time will be locked.
    

4. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.

 

 

Terms and Conditions

 

• We accept money order, check, or cash. Checks should be made payable to “Robert Bontrager.”
   

• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled event, will incur a 50% charge of the package price.
   

• An additional hour of game time can be booked for $75 on the day of the event, if schedule permits.
   

• Parties with more than 24 players will incur an additional charge. Be sure to talk to Robert about the size of your guest list so he can make a plan to ensure smooth play for all.
   

• All players must be at least six years old.
   

• It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify that the place selected for game-play doesn’t violate any local laws, including homeowner’s association bylaws.
   

• We can run games in public parks. However, many of them require you to apply for a permit and provide proof of liability insurance before setting up. The Customer will need to secure the proper permit by contacting the local State, County, or Municipality. Contact us if you need proof of liability insurance.
   

• Blaster Battles team members are responsible for making a weather related play/no-play decision. For a Mobile Laser Tag event that does not start, or has less than 50% of the expected playing time due to bad weather, the participants will be offered a rain makeup date and venue for the party. If possible an alternative indoor venue should be available for bad weather.
